Apartment in Morgantown, WV

Hi all! If you or someone you know is looking for a place to live in Morgantown, I am looking to sublease a single bedroom/bathroom during the summer months, beginning June 1st through July at Campus Evolution Villages, located on 1000 District Drive in Morgantown.The apartment is 3-bedroom, fully furnished, very clean, and a convenient location near the stadium, Health Sciences campus, and Ruby Memorial Hospital. Rent is $499 per month, includes all utilities (electric, garbage, air conditioning/heat, water, cable) and free off-street parking. (Parking is free for everyone. There's no parking pass required.) You would have your own bedroom/bathroom/walk-in closet and share a common living area/kitchen with 2 other roommates. There is a pool and gym that come complementary with rent each month.
